Hello and welcome to my blog on "How to build up muscle". My name is Lawrence and just like many beginners out there, I have always like to achieve a muscular, lean and strong physique which is necessary to enjoy sports and maintain a healthy body.
Of cos...not to deny that I can also happily showcase it during water-sports and at the beach as well! ( I am sure many of you are using this factor as one of the major motivation too..:P )
Over the years, I have been exploring many ways and read many fitness guides to educate my self on how to build up muscle and achieve the the fitness models' physique lookalike.
And I can gladly say that I have successfully achieved my goal and now I am basically maintaining the lean muscle mass I have build up over the years. At the same time, sticking to a reasonably healthy diet and doing cardio to maintain the single digit bodyfat %.
In the days to come, I will be sharing fundamentals,tips and techniques that I have research and used personally over the years on how to build up muscle naturally and fast without having to use performance enhancing drugs...
Also, I will be revealing some of my favorite "20 minutes home workouts", " Healthy and high protein muscle building diet" and updated "bodybuilding news" in this muscle building blog of mine.
